About Carol

Carol is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work (MSW). She has treasured working with couples, families and individuals for over 30 years. She is also a certified Emotionally Focused Therapist and Supervisor. She uses this deeply supportive, research-backed approach to help couples, individuals, and families strengthen their emotional bonds and create lasting, positive change. She is licensed in Arizona (in-person and tele health) and Utah and New Mexico (tele health only).

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is an evidence-based approach to couples, individual, and family therapy, known for its strong research support and consistently positive outcomes.
